| Description: |
Participants will focus on the minimum skill set needed by students who are blind to successfully navigate web pages and interact with Web-based content.
Participants will be able to do the following:
- use the virtual cursor to navigate web pages
- use the JAWS forms mode to fill in forms on internet pages
- use the JAWS table reading functions
- set appropriate verbosity levels for particular web-based contexts
- discuss how particular JAWS capabilities relate to various Web accessibility guidelines
Intended for persons who are already familiar with basic and intermediate JAWS use. |
