| Description: |
Use MS Word to create one document that can be used for large print, Braille, or standard print. We will cover the basics of formatting with MS Word to create documents that are accessible and usable.
Participants will be able to do the following:
- create one document for multiple e-text uses
- use styles
- work with the ruler
- format without using autoformat
- learn what formatting will work for Braille
Designed for alternate media specialists and DSPS directors but open to any community college faculty or staff member interested in the process and legalities of producing alternate media. |
